Local Hospitals Unite in Observance of National Day of Prayer

In a touching demonstration of solidarity and faith, three of our
local hospitals, Maria Parham Health in Henderson, Maria Parham Franklin in Louisburg, and
Person Memorial Hospital in Roxboro, joined together on Thursday, May 2, to observe the National
Day of Prayer. At noon, team members from each hospital gathered simultaneously to offer
prayers for our nation, our hospitals and patients, and for our families.
The event underscored the profound significance of communal prayer, emphasizing the power of unity in seeking strength, healing, and guidance, regardless of individual differences. In a world often marked by division, the act of coming together in prayer serves as a poignant reminder of
our shared humanity and our capacity to support one another in times of need.
