Honoring Our Fallen Heroes: Join Us for a Special Commemoration at Maria Parham Health

Maria Parham Health invites the community to join in a heartfelt tribute to the courageous individuals who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving in the US Armed Forces. On Thursday, May 23, we will gather by the flagpoles on our Henderson campus for a solemn ceremony of remembrance and gratitude.

The ceremony will be a poignant moment of reflection, honoring the bravery and selflessness of those who gave their lives in service to our nation. Together, we will pay homage to their sacrifices and express our deepest gratitude for their unwavering dedication and commitment.

This commemorative event will feature:
• Prayers for those who gave their lives in service
• Guest speakers sharing poignant reflections
• Music to uplift and inspire
• The hanging of a Memorial Wreath as a symbol of our enduring respect
• Reading of Names in Memoriam to honor each individual’s sacrifice

All members of the public are invited to join us as we come together to honor and remember our fallen heroes. Whether you have a personal connection to the military or simply wish to pay your respects, your presence is deeply appreciated.

In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved to our auditorium to ensure the solemnity of the occasion remains undisturbed.
