Health Insurance
Full time Employees have an option of two health plans, the Premium Plan or the Base Plan. Maria Parham pays a large portion of the premium for you. Coverage will be effective the first of the month following ninety days of full time employment. Premiums payments are paid on a pre-tax basis.
Dental Insurance
Full time employees have the option of two plans, the Base plan or the Option Plan. Dental coverage pays for preventive, major and basis dental care with the Option plan covering orthodontics for the dependent under the age of 19. Coverage will be effective the first of the month following ninety days of employment. Premium payments are paid on a pre-tax basis.
Life Insurance
Full time employees receive one times their annual salary with no cost to the employee.
Voluntary Life Insurance
Employees may purchase additional life insurance for themselves, spouses and dependent children.Vision
An affordable and convenient vision care program designed to provide an annual eye exam, contact lens fitting and an allowance for eyewear. Employee payroll deductions are made on a pre-tax basis.
